May i know /whare i can get the details information for

malaysia standard law for OT?

1. Salary below how many than can't claim OT?

2. is there any different rate for OT between office and produciton?

There is no such law to say employees with so much so much salary cannot claim OT.

but my company have this kind of rules,

for those salary above rm1500 OT claims is rm8/hr and 1st hr no count.

is that reasonable ?

how about the post level? above what level then no OT claims

That is your own rule. Why should you work ot when they don't want to pay you? Negotiate with them.
