First of all, I would like to extend my greeting to everyone in conjuction with the introduction of CK Kong's Special Column; and a belated "Congratulations" to www.mylabourlaw.net on its launch which is the extension of www.pesaraonline.net that has been helping thousands of employers and employees to resolve all kinds of employment disputes over the past few years. The newly launched www.mylabourlaw.net has been prudently designed in order to be more user-friendly and easy reference to the public at all levels.

This website has been set up with the objectives to improve the awareness of Malaysian Employment Law at all levels and provide the proper guideline for the cases falling in grey area. Besides that, it also serves as an interactive medium for the readers to exchange opinions, suggestions and comments in order to learn from each other with an open heart, without prejudice and discrimination. The disputes between employers and employees, and superiors and subordinates are a never ending story. Let's be ready to tackle those disputes amicably for the co-existence of both parties in the long run and for the sake of the entire company.

In my column, apart from sharing my thoughts on employment related subjects. I will also share my findings on the timely issues, such as economic situation, leadership, investment opportunity, and even fashion and infortainment, in order to spice up this website.
