In order to cater for the more discerning readers, mylabourlaw.net website is launching  special columns for them to share their experiences in their specialised fields. At present the website confines itself mostly in answering queries from readers pertaining to their day-to-day work problems and providing some static writeups pertaining to the Employment Act. Hopefully, the launching of the special columns will be able to bring the standard of this website  one level up. It would be a really good to see discerning readers, human resources practitioners and other experts in the labour fields coming together to share, to discuss  their expert knowledge among themselves as well as with others. How nice if they could shares their knowledge on topics like 'office security', 'recruitments' , 'the importance of training', 'how to launch a VSS' and so on.
