Hi,
Seek for your advise if the employer going to hire a contract basis full time worker, can the employer indicate the blw terms and conditions, is there any item against the law ?
1) compensation will be paid on monthly basis with a net figure without contribute any EPf/Socso/Tax on behalf both parties, can the employer do that ?
2) the workers not entitle for any annual leave/sick leave /etc.
3) working hour same as other permenant staff, from Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm
4) Notice of termination : 2 months advance in notice
Your advise is highly appreciated, Thanks.

I don't think that contact is valid. You better show it to EPF, SOCSO or Labour Department for their official opinion.
