Hi
Staff "A" resigned a week before her confirmation. As per her signed appoinment letter she is suppose to give the Company 1 month notice and 1 month salary for the training that she received if she resigned during her probation period. She gave 24hrs noticed and refused to honour her agreement with the Company. She claimed that as she is earning below RM1500 she need NOT honour her agreement. She claimed that she has check with Jabatan Buruh / Tenaga Pekerja.
is she correct? Pls advise. Tks

You can also check with Jabatan Buruh whether what she said was true or not.
