Hi,
I just want to get the clarification from you about the short notice of resignation & calculation of deduction salary based on the short notice.
i.e.: i have 7 1/2 days leave
but my HR told me that my last day would be on 3.9.2010 and how they calculate on this?
Please advise.

I also don't know. What you can do is to clarify it with your HR.

Hi,
Im working in this company more than 2 years and have to give 2 months notice period as stated in the offer letter. But i got offer now and they want me to start by giving 1 month notice period. I have few days leave which i can offset and looks like there is 2 weeks i need to negotiate? Can my superior agrees and recommend for ealry release in this case? Of course i have good working relationship with superior.....please advice...or worst scenario i have to pay the remaining 2 weeks workings days or 14day?

You will have to give two months notice. If you want to leave earlier, you can discuss with your HR department. If they don't agree you will have to pay indemnity.
